Tim Lester CEO

Tim Lester joined Manlux in 2023 as a veteran executive of venture backed technology companies. Mr. Lester brings more than 30 years of executive, financial and operational experience to Manlux, including CEO at LED lighting pioneer Bridgelux, and leadership positions with several semiconductor and LED industry players at ASIC design house eSilicon, LED manufacturer Lumileds Lighting and Philips Electronics. His skill at developing and executing effective strategies for high growth echnology companies has been repeatedly demonstrated. Mr. Lester received his Master of Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his undergraduate in accounting from Marquette niversity. He is a CPA.

XPH series products
XPH series are products suitable for schemes enabling high luminous efficacy in the outdoor, which are the following features:
Based on Algoflon XPH material and PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology; upgrade based on EMC series products to enable 1:1 replacement of EMC series products; with 5% year-on-year increase in luminous efficacy and synchronous enhancement in gas tightness and UV resistance; with more complete overall performance.
