John S. Morreale CEO

Mr. John S. Morreale is CEO of Manlux. He has extensive experience in operations management, business development, project management, and financial management. He previously served as President and General Manager of Spectrum Plastics, Vice President of Business Development at Illumitex, Vice President and General Manager at ETI LED. He was also the CEO and co-founder of Lumaegis Inc., and managed the distribution network for Bridgelux. Additionally, he held the position of Global Supply Chain Director at Philips. 


Mr. Morreale has also worked at Philips Electronics and Foster Wheeler, and served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in International Finance and Business. These experiences will bring innovative lighting solutions guidance and keen global market insights to Manlux.

XPH series are products suitable for schemes enabling high luminous efficacy in the outdoor, which are the following features:
Based on Algoflon XPH material and PECVD(Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology; upgrade based on EMC series products to enable 1:1 replacement of EMC series products; with 5% year-on-year increase in luminous efficacy and synchronous enhancement in gas tightness and UV resistance; with more complete overall performance.
