Regional Sales Director (South America)

Job Summary:

The "Regional Sales Director" will be responsible for the demand creation of Manlux LED portfolio of Led components portfolio, driving business growth within his assigned region. It will be essential to drive sales directly to top major customers and  indirectly through distribution channel and representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Develop Manlux LED business within your region.

• Manage, lead and develop the distribution partners in your territorial responsibility in order to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets and close design registration.

• Accomplish performance objectives and exceed revenue goals.

• Collect, develop and analyze sales reports and market feedback to identify key issues, trends, opportunities and market share forecasts for use in sales pipeline planning.

• Maintain accurate sales operational and performance data for pipelining, forecasting and reporting.

• Lead total lighting solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Manlux LED team members.

Requirements:

• Good connections with  top LED lighting manufacturers and Key customers in your region.

• Deep understanding of LED lighting market and LED technology.

• Excellent customer relationship building, presentation and written communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in relationship management and very good negotiation skills.

• Good technical understanding of the specifics in LED technology.

• Ability to travel extensively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering, Sales or Marketing

• 5+ years selling semiconductor products, specifically in selling LED Lighting

• English native speaker.
